Tensional Labs
We derived the grammar of intelligence — the invariant structure any possible intelligence must satisfy. Now we build systems that enforce it.
Derives, not guesses. Coheres, not contradicts. Grounded, not generated. AI that must ground its claims.
Intelligence is treated as the capacity to preserve coherence while increasing resolution. Where most systems optimize fluency, this work enforces coherence constraints: what may be inferred, stated, and built without contradiction.
Output is published as two corpora of papers and instantiated as instruments that operationalize the same structure.
Work is organized into two pillars: Principia Tensionis and Tensional Flow Theory. Each pillar currently contains three core papers. Additional papers are in production.
Preprints are posted to arXiv upon release.
Products are instruments — implementations of the grammar that extend human capability. Early releases are designed to be narrow, strict, and auditable.
